多功能提取罐主要結構特點：
1、加熱形式：夾套加熱，底部無熱源形成加熱死角。

4、操作安全：夾套加熱沸騰后較難控制二次蒸汽流量，因系統蒸汽壓力的不穩定性，需要操作人員隨時調控閥門控制蒸汽壓力，來維持提取微沸狀態，掌控不好（夾套加熱相對加熱面積大）容易造成二次蒸汽流量大攜帶皂甙及漂浮的藥材堵塞管道形成設備生產帶壓爆沸。給生產人員帶來傷害，給生產帶來損失。
5、安裝空間：此結構設備直徑大高度底，占用空間相對較小。
